
Educational Achievements
Taylor Marshall Keen, MSN, CRNA, APRN graduated from Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes, Delaware demonstrating early academic dedication. She then attended the University of Delaware, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2002. Committed to furthering her expertise, Taylor continued her education at Drexel University, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Nurse Anesthesia in 2010.
Professional Career
Following her advanced studies, Taylor began her career as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at Nanticoke Hospital in Seaford, Delaware. She later continued her professional journey with Beebe Hospital in Lewes, Delaware, where she contributed her skills and experience in the field of anesthesia.
Legacy and Scholarship
Taylor Marshall Keen bravely battled breast cancer and sadly passed away in 2024. In recognition of her dedication and impact, a scholarship has been established in her name through the Delaware Institute for Healthcare Education Advancement (DIHEA). Taylor’s passion for the field of anesthesia was evident throughout her career, and she remained deeply committed to supporting and advancing the profession. This scholarship honors her enduring love for nurse anesthesia and her unwavering support for those pursuing careers in this vital field.
