State of Homelessness in Delaware

2024 Point in Time (PIT) Count by the Delaware Continuum of Care prepared by the Delaware Housing Alliance.

Creation of a Nurse Clinic for the Unhoused by Dr. Jane Kurz

In 2022, Jane Kurz founded a wellness clinic for the unhoused in collaboration with the Community Resource Center in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.  This project was nominated by one of our community partners for the impact our nurses have on the lives of people at the shelter.  In 2024. Nurses & Neighbors was a Lt. Governor Wellness Challenge ‘Community Spotlight’ recipient for the project Jane Kurz started for the unhoused.
